But they soon discover that being human is not as easy as they hoped.

Enchilada's opinion: I discovered "Being Human" one weekday when I was home from school sick. There was a marathon of the first season, and I thought I'd give it a shot. From the first 2 minutes, I was hooked on the stories of Annie, Mitchell, and George. They may not be human, but they all have human qualities enhanced by the fact that its something they long to be. I saw myself in all the characters, and also some strong underlying statments about human nature, and the struggle between good and evil in all of us. I HIGHLY reccomend, (which means if you don't watch it, I'll get the Russian Mafia on your ass), that you watch the excellent show "Being Human".

So, this is my current favorite video by the lovely Musikfan18. We seem to always have the same obsessions...how strange...
Like the song she used for this video....BRILLANT!
Safetysuit is fantabulous, and Find A Way is an epic song for Alice and Hatter.
Anyways, she is an AMAZING editor, and this video clearly proves it. Short, sweet, and the video shows how not overdone anything is.
Alice and Hatter are adorable, don't you think? (As is Andrew Lee-Potts, but that is a completely different story within itself...heh heh.)

As an editor myself, I can say how much I respect Miss Fan. She is an inspiration, and knows how to pick her fandoms as well as music, and wise editing choices. She knows the key of how to truly make a soul ache in want, love, or sadness when watching one of her videos. Kudos to an amazing editor as well as an amazing friend.

Enchilada's Favroite Video and Thoughts

This is my favorite video made by Musikfan18 because....

2.) Its The Fray
The editing is flawless, and the story of the lyrics fits Tidus and Yuna to a tee. The effects are minimal but enough to blow my mind. Even though the entire song wasn't used, it still managed to make my jaw drop. Check this out, for it is officially approved by Enchilada.

Musikfan18 is one amazing chick-a-doo. All of her videos showcase great editing, and a never-ending imagination. She also has lovely taste in music, and subject matter. I like her because she makes wonderful videos about anything from Final Fantasy to Twilight. Musikfan18 is definately someone to watch....she's going places...let's hope she'll give us a ride.

So, I've been reading The Lost Boys for only about a month now. -things are thrown at Top Hat-

Yes, yes, I know. It's been in my e-mail forever now because I am subscribed to the amazing author that is hwimsey, but I have never read it.

This is probably one of the worst mistakes I have made. Ever.

Once I finally decided to read it, my heart...it like..imploded. In a good way.

If you like music, read this. If you like the deepest of loves, read this. If you like ghost stories, read this. If you like amazing sex, read this. If you like amazing plot lines with characters that seem to be breathing in front of you, read this. If you like good writing, READ THIS!!!!!

Or you know...if you don't want me to shank you, read it.

Honest to the holy gnomes, this is probably one of the best fan fictions-no-writings I have ever read.

Edward is the amazing musician, and Bella is his muse, but it is SOOO much more than that. There is this whole other story, within the story. There are so many elements to this story that....I just wanna hug it, or hwimsey, at least.

There is great humor, wonderful dialogue, and it is not your typical cliche story or fanfic.

So. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!!!!!
If this were a book....nah...it just needs to be published. Then, there needs to be a movie.

Summery: Based on Jeff Lindsay's novels Darkly Dreaming Dexter and Dearly Devoted Dexter this crime thriller follows Dexter Morgan. Dexter is a forensic blood spatter expert for the Miami Dade Police Department. He is the main support for his sister. He has a steady girlfriend, with two kids who adore him. He also has an active "night life". Based on a code instilled in him by his foster father, Harry, he hunts down people who have escaped justice and makes sure they don't get away with a crime again.

Enchilada's opinion: I think Dexter is a killer show. (Pun intended). I mean, who wouldn't love a serial killer who kills other serial killers? If you are a fan of CSI, NCIS, or even Law and Order, you'll probably like this series. Theres lots of sexual content, and language, and blood. :D
Plus, Michael C. Hall is very sexy. So, unless you want the Gnome to eat you, use this button-link, and go watch some Dexter now...bitch-es.

Ingredeiants:

Millions of Albino tadpoles

1 small cave

1 quart Enchilada sauce

1egg

1 snake

Pour tadpoles into cave. Put snake in cave. Pull it out. Put it back in. Pull it out. Put it back in. (Continue until it hisses.) Add egg (deshelled). Mix with tadpoles. 9 months later, cut out Enchilada and pour Enchilada sauce in her.

We do not know all of the details yet, but apparently in Japan this fall Inuyasha is supposed to be coming (haha) back!!!

Viz has even posted something on their website, which makes us think they will record an English dub as well! And they best have to SAME voice actors!!!!

Top Hat and Enchilada met the good doctor....!

Yes. It is true. Top Hat and Enchilada got to meet Peter Facinelli, Dr. Carlise Cullen, Saturday at our mall. He was there for the Red Cross blood drive.
We were estatic.

To say we died was an understatement.
A percentage of our lives has been completed.

We believe he is one of the nicest people to have graced the earth. Truly.

We arrived a little later after the doctor appeared, so we did not get the whole experience of him first entering, and shaking the sound barrier with all of the screams. So, our ears were saved.

We had called the mall before coming and asked just out of curiosity how many people were there, and it was estimated over two-thousand.

Upon arriving, we were greeted with a ridiculously long line that was mainly full of teenage girls and their mothers, with the occasional boyfriend being dragged along.
Due to the long wait, Peter would sometimes come down from his spot on the stage, and talk to the waiting fans in the line. We both got our hands touched due to this. (Top Hat's left, Enchilada's right hand. How ironic!)

We we finally were next in line, we were all nerves. Seeing someone in person is a completely different experience than seeing them on a screen. We do not believe we have ever seen anyone so beautiful in our lives. Enchilada was so nervous, she forgot how to talk. It was physically impossible for her to form words. When it was our turn to get and autograph and a picture, he came over and asked how we were, and what were our names. Top Hat had to do all of the talking. The memory is so vivid, that Top Hat remembers what it felt like to have his hand on her shoulder. We thanked him and walked off stage to wait in line for our picture to print. We both were shaking, and smiling so much it hurt.

Since all of this was for the Red Cross, an autograph was 25 dollars, and a picture was 40 dollars. It was absolutely worth it, and for a good cause.

We sincerely believe that Peter is one of the nicest people you could ever meet.
He even stayed, we think, a couple of hours later than he was supposed to. If you ever get the chance to meet him, you should.

Below are a couple of our pictures from the event.(Top Hat would like you to ignore her hair. Her flat iron just recently had a funeral, and she is on a quest to buy a new one. I joke not, this fanfiction is better than some novels I read. If you are a music lover, you will ADORE this. The lyrics in this fic are amazing. This fanfiction is sweet, sexy, humorous, and keeps you right on the edge. I highly recommend you to read it.
